Kitchen Porter
No kitchen experience? No problem – full training provided. As a Kitchen Porter you will be an essential part of the kitchen brigade, helping our chefs and keeping the kitchen clean, organised and ready to deliver excellent food and service to our guests.
The Role
- Wash and store crockery, cutlery and kitchen equipment.
- Operate the commercial dishwasher.
- Keep the kitchen, dishwashing and preparation areas clean.
- Empty bins and manage kitchen waste safely.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and use chemicals correctly.
- Support chefs with basic food preparation as you develop.
- Help keep the kitchen stocked and ready for service.
- Follow food hygiene and health & safety procedures.
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed.
You
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a busy kitchen.
- Able to work on your feet during busy shifts.
- Good attention to detail.
- A team player who takes pride in keeping things clean and organised.
