The Role
- Welcome guests and deliver friendly, professional service.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Know our menu, ingredients, specials and allergens.
- Communicate confidently with the kitchen and bar.
- Serve food, drinks, cocktails and quality coffee.
- Look after guests throughout their visit.
- Process bills and payments accurately.
- Keep tables and service areas clean and organised.
- Complete opening, service and closing duties.
- Support the wider team during busy periods.
You
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
- Friendly, confident and professional.
- Passionate about outstanding customer service.
- Comfortable working in a busy environment.
- Great communication and teamwork skills.
- Confident with food, drinks and hospitality.
- Barista and cocktail skills are a bonus.
- Good knowledge of allergens and safe food service.
- Reliable, proactive and positive.
- Take pride in presentation and attention to detail.
