Housekeeper

As part of our housekeeping team you will play a vital role in making sure our guests and residents enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming environment. We take pride in high standards, attention to detail and creating a positive experience for everyone who stays with us.

The Role

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms and communal areas.
  • Vacuum, mop, dust, polish and carry out general cleaning.
  • Ensure rooms are clean and presented to a high standard.
  • Safely use cleaning products and equipment.
  • Check rooms and report maintenance issues or damage.
  • Restock housekeeping supplies when needed.
  • Respond to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures.
  • Support the wider team when required.

You

  • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Proud of your work and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, hardworking and organised.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Friendly and guest-focused.
  • Comfortable working at a good pace while maintaining high standards.
  • A positive team player.
